Debbie came to Myrtle Beach from an already
established and successful real estate sales career in North Carolina, where she had
earned the reputation of being a multi-million dollar producer in listing and selling
condos, residential and commercial properties.
When she came here there was little question as to which real estate company she
wanted to join or what area of the beach in which she wanted to specialize. The choices
were obvious. She went to work with Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate because of its professional image and
integrity as one of the top real estate sales, rentals, management and development
companies in the Myrtle Beach area for the past 29 years. Then she also learned that

Debbie now attributes much of her success to her drive and initiative in pursuing
every opportunity in certain critical areas of real estate to increase and enhance her
professional education and training. Early on in her career she completed the
comprehensive training required to become a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).
Then she discovered she had a keen interest in learning as much as she could
possibly learn about residential sales, so she began and completed classes and training
which earned her a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. A particular
niche interest of Debbie was the concept of working with clients as their Buyer's Agent.
With that in mind, she completed not one industry training program -- but two -- to
earn both the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Buyer's Representative
(CBR) designations. Of the more than 200 real estate professionals and
administrative staff who make up the Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate sales team, Debbie is one of the first to
have earned all four such professional designations.
Debbie Foy is a dedicated member in
organizations which set standards for things of which she believes in strongly. For
example, she's a member of the American Business Women's Association, the Residential
Sales Council, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association
of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.
